Campbell River Salmon Fishing3
If you come to Canada fishing salmons, I definitely recommend you Canadian company.
Especially Painter's Lodge is awesome.
They go fishing everyday, so they know where are salmons.
They move quickly to pot to spot chasing the salmons while our boat keep staying in one spot more than 3houers though we have no strikes. So the result depend on the guide.
If you chater the boat of Painter's Lodge,you never get bored because every time you move,you have some strikes.
The Paintor's Lodge's guide system is organized very much.They move in group of small boats.
So, If you have good guide or not, it doesn't matter.
You are always keep fishing in a group of good experienced guide.
If he is good guide or not, all guide use almost same tackle.
They use downrigger to sink the "octopus".
Water depth,from 200 to 300 feet.Salmons run from 100 to 150 feet depth.
I don't know why but they usually use fly fishing tackle.
They call octopus hooches.I asked some people why they call it hooches. But nobody knows it.
Anyway, they use the combination of flasher and hooches.
Have you ever been to Painter's Lodge?
It's stunning.It's the best place to stay in Campbell River.
And it's the most convenient place to go fishing.
Staying in Painter's Lodge is the best way to catch the most salmons.

More than 30 chinooks,66pinks,19sockeyes,and 1coho.
That's marvellous.
When we go next time, we will definitely stay here.

いい会社を見つけてよかったですね。良心的というか、釣れるように工夫がいろいろなところに見られると、釣果も付いてくるんですね。それにしてもその建物がとてもきれいで驚きです。どこもきれいにしているのがカナダらしいですね。
鮭が釣れるということは、そこは川なのでしょうか？川にそんな大きな船を走らせられるのは、とても深そうですね。
日本の川は１００％急流になってしまうのが、わかるような気がします。鮭は何を食べてそんなに大きくなるのでしょう？
