Move to another place
Finally, we found a new place to live.
We were helped by many people this time,too.
Since we came here, and before we came here,after the earthquake,
we have been supprted by many many people.
We never forget all your supprt.
We really enjoyed the stay in West Vancouver.
We think this is the last time to pass through this short trail that we passed almost every day.
We feel a little sad.
We never got used to this trail even though we passed every day. Every time we arrive at the top, we get so tired.
Today, we made SUSHI,GYOZA,MABODOFU for all our family.
We did our best in limited condition.
Today, we had a dream.
We would like to invite all the family to Japan and invite them to a real Japanese SUSHI restaurant some day.
We would like to invite them also to a Japanese traditional ONSENRYOKAN.
It's our dream in the future.
Now, we are walking very slowly to the way home reminding all the memories in Canada.
We won't use #254 public bus for British Properties for a while.
We missed the big salmon in Capilano River
The memories of fishing & blackberry picking in PARK ROYAL.
We saw a big black bear in front of this house.
This is our house that full of a lot of memories.
She is professional to make GYOZA because she started to make GYOZA when she was 8.
Do you want to hire her?
She prepared 80 GYOZA in 30 minutes.
She also made 3 different kind of SUSHI, salmon, prawn,scallop.
We miss SANMA , SABA, KATSUO.

いよいよ引っ越しなんですね。それはそこから遠いのですか？とても名残惜しいように聞こえるので、そうなのでしょう。
順ちゃんの餃子は、確かにおいしいです。宇都宮餃子にだって負けません。中国ではお正月料理らしいですね。おめでたい料理です。お寿司もおいしそう。海苔が外側でも、カナダの人は抵抗ないのでしょうか？おいしいけど黒いのが...という人が多いと聞きました。
お寿司などに比べて麻婆豆腐はきっとあまり知られていないのではないのでしょうか？どんどん知名度が上がっていってほしいです。わが家ではなんちゃって麻婆豆腐を作ります。甜麺醤+豆板醤の組み合わせがないときは、オイスターソースや焼き肉のたれで味付けして、辛みは刻み唐辛子か、ラー油、コチュジャンを使ってもおいしいですよ。
